How long does delivery take?
Delivery times are confirmed with you when we call to verify your order. Your parcel is handled by our courier partner Fast Riders, and you can follow its progress at any time from the Track Order page.
How can I track my order?
Visit the Track Order page and enter your order number together with the phone number you used at checkout. You will see each stage of your order, from confirmation through to delivery.
What payment methods are available?
Orders are currently paid by cash on delivery. You pay the courier directly when your parcel arrives.
How should each product be used?
Usage directions are shown on each product page. Please follow the directions supplied with your product, and stop use if any irritation occurs.
Can I change or cancel an order?
Contact us as soon as possible after ordering. If your parcel has not yet been dispatched to the courier we can usually amend or cancel it for you.
Do you deliver across Lebanon?
Select your area at checkout to see whether we currently deliver to you and what the delivery fee will be.
